Dr. P. Pandiyarajan has 36 years of rich experience in teaching and the research area of Microbiology, Environmental Sciences, Biotechnology and Confidence Building. He served as a Dean of Anbil Dharmalingam Agricultural College and Research Institute, Tiruchirappalli. With his renowned knowledge in the area of Bio fertilizers, Distillery Effluent Management, Organic Farming, Prof. Pandiyarajan made Collaborative Research project activities with Sugar and Distillery Industries, TNPL and ICAR. He has published more than 75 research articles in various National and International peer reviewed journals of reputation including a chapter on Mycorrhiza in Microbes for green revolution published by Springer and he also edited 8 books. He has undergone a training at Florida International University, Miami, USA.

As Dean of ADAC & RI, Tiruchirappalli, instrumental in getting best college award during 2014. He took incredible efforts to form alumni association “TAHAA”(Trichy Agri-Horti alumini association), Modern Library, Auditorium, World class analytical laboratory, Food Processing Training Centre, Modern Kitchen cum Dining Hall, AV Lab, Language Lab, Molecular Biology Lab, 3 Post Graduate courses with separate Labs, Environmental Science Lab, Modern Animal Husbandry Unit, College Entrance Arch with compound wall and 6 Bedded Hospital.

Prof. Pandiyarajan is always a motivational force for carrier development of the student community. He is keen in students career development. His constant motivation, inspired his students. 29 of his students are serving as top bureaucrats (IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS) in India. Besides his students are working as scientists, academicians and entrepreneurs in India and abroad. With his academic credibility and leadership quality, Prof. Pandiyarajan has provided clean and transparent administration in every position he has occupied so far, which has been highly appreciated by the academia.
