Agricultural Entomology department deals with Insects and Nematode, and also integrated management like Physical, Cultural, Chemical and Biological methods. It also include the beneficial activities for farmers like production of honey from honey bees, silk from silk worm and production of biocontrol agents against harmful insects and nematode pest. Besides imparting theoretical knowledge, students are provided practical skills and hands-on-training in beekeeping and bio-control agent production
